Programmazione attività per l'anno 2024

Querido Círculo,
Con el fin de preparar el plan de actividades a realizar en el 2024 y utilizar los fondos destinados al apoyo directo de las actividades de los círculos de la manera más eficaz, les pedimos, como en años anteriores, que nos envíen el formulario de planificación anual completo.
El formulario (que se puede descargar abajo) debe llegar a la Asociación antes del 31 de diciembre de 2023 y debe contener los eventos programados, una estimación de los costos que estos eventos prevean y eventuales solicitudes de financiamiento de la Asociación. Es muy importante que cada Círculo presente su propio programa de actividades, ya que las actividades no programadas no se tendrán en cuenta en la subdivisión de los fondos disponibles.
Para los círculos que aún no son socios, abajo pueden descargar el formulario para solicitar ser socio de la Asociación Trentini en el mundo. Ser socio significa compartir los valores y objetivos de la Asociación y empeñarse como voluntarios en la promoción de la cultura trentina, en la preservación y transmisión de la memoria de la emigración, en la solidaridad y en intercambios con todos los trentinos en todo el mundo. Además, los socios pueden participar en las decisiones de la Asociación en las formas previstas por el Estatuto. Sería bueno que todos los Círculos trentinos, que ya comparten ideales y objetivos, se hicieran socios de la Asociación.
La elección de convertirse en socio es voluntaria e individual para cada círculo, por lo que solo le pedimos que consideren esta oportunidad y, si lo desean, envíen la solicitud completa. Si tienen alguna duda al respecto, pueden ponerse en contacto con las oficinas de Trento o con los coordinadores de los círculos de tu zona de referencia. Ya muchos Círculos Trentinos en el mundo se han hecho socios de la Asociación Trentini en el mundo. Pedimos también a ustedes que formen parte de nuestra comunidad Trentina.

Dear Trentino Club,
in order to plan the activities for the year 2024 and to manage efficiently the funds reserved for supporting the activities of our Trentino Clubs, we are writing to you with the aim of asking to send to the Associazione Trentini nel Mondo the annual planning sheet filled in every part, as the previous years.
Forms, which can be find below, should be sent to the Associazione before the 31st December 2023 and should contain all the future events, the cost evaluation of the events and potential financial request to the Associazione. It is extremely important that every Trentino Club supplies its own activity programme since not previously declared activities won’t be taken in consideration for available funds.
Only for Trentino Clubs that aren’t member of the Associazione yet, below you can find the form needed to renew the membership. To be part of the Associazione as member means sharing the values and aims of the Associazione and working together as volunteers for the promotion of Trentino culture, the preservation and conveyance of the emigration history and for the solidarity and exchanges between all Trentino people around the world. Moreover, members can participate in the Associazione decisions in a way that is regulated by the statute.
It would be great if each Trentino Club that shares the same values and aims will become member of the Associazione.
The choice of being member is voluntary and individual of each Club so we ask you only to take in consideration this opportunity and, if you agree, to send us the membership form.
If you have any doubts, please don’t hesitate to contact our offices in Trento or the Clubs coordinators of your reference area. Already many other Clubs in the world are members of the Associazione Trentini nel Mondo. We ask you too to be willing to be part of our Trentino community.
We are sure to receive a rich bunch of proposals and activities for the next year from our Trentino Clubs around the world, in the meantime we wish you good work and send warm greetings.
