During 2025, the Trentino communities in Brazil will celebrate 150 years of the great migration. In fact, 1875 is a milestone in their history: in that year alone, thousands of people left the Tyrolean land for the forests and plantations of southern Brazil.
Today, around sixty Trentino Circles in Brazil bear witness to the deep connection with our province, a thriving and well-organised community representing the tens of thousands of Trentino people living in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and São Paulo.
To celebrate this important anniversary, Trentini nel mondo is organising a two-week trip from May 22nd to June 9th, 2025. Starting from Porto Alegre and ending in São Paulo, participants will visit all the main places of Trentino culture and will have the opportunity to enjoy a special and exciting perspective on Brazil and its cultural and natural beauties. The initiative is open to all Trentino people from all over the world.

Arrival in Brazil at Porto Alegre airport is scheduled for May 22nd, followed by transfer by private coach from the airport to the hotel in Caxias do Sul (117 km)
